DO NOT RENT HERE! The management, leasing and maintenance team are horrible. If you have something wrong in your unit do not expect to get it fixed while you are living there - but expect to end up paying for it out of your security deposit. Don't expect to see any of your security deposit back! It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone if you have an issue and if you are able to talk to someone there is a 99% chance that they are not telling the truth. Make sure all claims and conversations are only in writing because they go back on their word. Ended up getting charged an extra months rent after moving out on time because they needed time to fix and rent the unit after our term.
